Neither user names nor passwords are case sensitive.
Punctuation including periods and slashes are not needed in user names or passwords.

If you don't know your user name or password or have any problems logging in, please send an email to the webmaster using your email composer or the WMC web based email composer. To prevent your email from being discarded as SPAM please include the words "WMC Login" in the subject line of the email. Please also include your first and last name in the body of the email.
