traverse ridge hike - December 1, 2018

The WMC offers COVID conscious opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Participants of all in-person events should bring and wear face coverings, expect social distancing, and changes to our usual practices. To support contact tracing and hands-free signing of the WMC Liability Waiver, online registration is required for all in person WMC events.
Come out and explore the old dirt roads rolling over and around the hills of Traverse Ridge that now make great wandering routes. But don't let these low elevation bumps fool you. There are several short but steep sections diving in and rising out of the drainages that will still give a good work out. This could be a spike hike os snowshoe, depending on weather. Plan on a 4 to 5 hour hike. Dogs ok.
