after noon day hike to adams canyon waterfall - December 21, 2019

The WMC offers COVID conscious opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Participants of all in-person events should bring and wear face coverings, expect social distancing, and changes to our usual practices. To support contact tracing and hands-free signing of the WMC Liability Waiver, online registration is required for all in person WMC events.
Enjoy a hike along a stream with a great waterfall at the end. The trail is packed down well, so bring micro spikes or similar traction devices (no snowshoes due to difficult terrain). This is a beautiful hike year round with winter being no exception. We'll adjust the pace as necessary to keep the group together. Dogs ok if prepared for winter conditions. This hike should be completed easily in 2-3 hours depending on how much time people want to spend at the waterfall. There are several places that we will be near or crossing the stream. You can stay dry if you are careful.
