hike - lupine trail draper - November 10, 2019

The WMC offers COVID conscious opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Participants of all in-person events should bring and wear face coverings, expect social distancing, and changes to our usual practices. To support contact tracing and hands-free signing of the WMC Liability Waiver, online registration is required for all in person WMC events.
The Lupine trail is a new trail at the upper part of Corner Canyon in Draper. It is a loop trail (Lollypop Loop) that links Ann's trail to the new Silver Flower Court trailhead. The trail was built this past summer season. The trail passes through some dense oak/maple wooded areas and open hillsides. There are great views of Corner Canyon and the Lone Peak area. The trail is not too difficult to travel on. Let us meet at the Andy Ballard Equestrian Center parking lot ( north section near the restrooms). We will then carpool to the Potato Hill trailhead. In addition to the standard 10 essentials, please bring microspikes for the icy slippery sections.
