backside tuesday: hike, spike or snowshoe in summit county - November 19, 2019
The WMC offers COVID conscious opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Participants of all in-person events should bring and wear face coverings, expect social distancing, and changes to our usual practices. To support contact tracing and hands-free signing of the WMC Liability Waiver, online registration is required for all in person WMC events.Early winter season Tuesday outings in the Park City area, depending on the weather and conditions. It might be a hike, a spike, a snowshoe, or something in between. We'll just get out and enjoy nature. The WMC-snowshoe email list will be sent details the prior weekend, indicating location, type of event, level of difficulty, and other critical information for the day. We'll start out with easier outings and work our way into harder-longer days as the month wears on. Plan on about 3 - 4 hours, from 10 AM to 1 or 2 PM on average.
