hike: mount timpanogos via aspen grove - August 8, 2020
THIS ACTIVITY IS LIMITED TO 6 PEOPLE. 2 SPOTS REMAIN. Mount Timpanogos is the second highest mountain in Utah's Wasatch Range and hovers beautifully over Utah Valley. 11,752 feet elevation, 15.7 miles round trip, and 5,377 feet gain. This activity is posted as hiking but there is the very small possibility of some snow (micro spikes and trekking poles recommended - yes, even in August). Expect a very early morning start to avoid the heat. As suggested by public health authorities, be prepared for social distancing, symptom questions, and use of hand sanitizer and face coverings (buffs work well while recreating).
