morning hike & yoga in the mountains
Please join me on a peaceful morning hike in the mountains. We will find a beautiful quiet place to enjoy a 15-20 minute Gentle Vinyasa Flow. I will keep the practice and postures geared for beginners, but all levels are welcome to join! Mats and towels optional or you're welcome to kick off your boots and just feel the earth beneath your feet! I am currently enrolled in a 200 Hour Teacher Training Program through Centered City Yoga and will receive my certification at the end of July. As part of our training, we are encouraged to teach, teach, teach and find our voice. I am excited to share the practice of yoga and breath with the WMC.
