road bike: mid morning ride: a little of everything - September 11, 2020

The WMC offers COVID conscious opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Participants of all in-person events should bring and wear face coverings, expect social distancing, and changes to our usual practices. To support contact tracing and hands-free signing of the WMC Liability Waiver, online registration is required for all in person WMC events.
This is a series of short morning rides to get some exercise without spending a lot of time doing it. Today's ride has a little of everything. It follows Parley's Trail to 2300 E, then wanders through the Canyon Rim area and on to Wasatch Blvd which it follows to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. The return trip takes us past the Cotton Bottom and on lots of neighborhood streets on the way back to the start. We'll ride this one at about 10-12 mph on average. We will start around 9:00-10:00 AM, depending on morning temperatures. Registration is required. Group limit is 10. To participate, you'll need to be COVID-19 free, and will need to agree to the terms and conditions on the WMC liability release form. Email me if you would like to join us. I will send out the final details the day before the ride.
